Air/road: Geneva/Switzerland is the nearest airport. About 45 minutes drive by car or taxi, it is the gateway to the French Alps. Shuttles to and from the airport are also available, contact the Carroz tourist office for schedules.
Road: E25/A40 motorway to Chamonix, take exit 19 then 15 minutes up to Flaine/Les Carroz,
Driving distance from Calais: 539 miles or 7 hours 30 minutes.
Distance from Paris: 6 hours
Make sure your car is equipped with chains, snowsocks or snowtires in the winter to get up the road to the resort.
Train: TGV to Geneva or Cluses in the winter
